Terms of Service

Welcome to Fitsee! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitsee website and services ("Fitsee," "we," "us"), operated by American Global Nexus LLC. By creating an account or using Fitsee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fitsee.

1. What Fitsee does

Fitsee uses artificial intelligence to generate images that show how clothing, shoes, and accessories might look on you, based on photos you upload. Results are AI-generated visualizations — they are approximations, not exact representations of how an item will fit or look in real life. Colors, fit, proportions, and details may differ.

2. Who can use Fitsee

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Fitsee.
• By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Your photos

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of another person who has given you their clear permission.
• Do not upload photos that are unlawful or sexually explicit, or any photos of minors (anyone under 18).
• By uploading a photo, you give us permission to process it with our AI partners solely to generate your try-on results, and to store results you choose to save. You keep ownership of your photos — we claim no rights beyond what's needed to provide the service.

4. Credits and payments

• Fitsee uses a credit system. Different features use different numbers of credits (for example, a clothing try-on uses 1 credit; an accessory uses 2; a full outfit uses 2–3).
• Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through monthly subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime; you keep your remaining credits through the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Free credits may be offered at our discretion and may be limited per person, device, or account.

5. Refunds

Because each try-on costs us real processing resources the moment it runs, used credits are generally non-refundable. However: if a try-on fails or produces a clearly broken result due to a problem on our end, contact us through the in-app Help page — if we confirm the problem, we will refund the credits used. Unused credit packs purchased by mistake may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used.

6. Fair use

• No attempting to bypass credit limits, payments, or security measures.
• No using Fitsee to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• No reselling or commercializing Fitsee outputs without our written permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with a refund of unused purchased credits when the violation is not fraud or abuse.

7. The service is provided "as is"

AI technology is imperfect. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, available at all times, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitsee and American Global Nexus LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as Fitsee grows. If we make material changes, we will note the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Fitsee after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
