Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fitsee (operated by American Global Nexus LLC) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain language on purpose.

1. What we collect

• Account info: your name, email address, age, gender, and (optionally) phone number, provided when you sign up.
• Photos: the photos you upload of yourself and of clothing items, and the AI try-on images that are generated.
• Purchase info: your plan and credit balance. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Feedback: anything you send through the Suggestions or Help pages.

2. How we use it

• To create your account and let you log in securely.
• To generate try-on images: your photos are sent to our AI image-processing partner solely to create your result, and payment information goes to Stripe to process payments.
• To save looks you choose to keep in your library.
• To track your credit balance and purchases.
• To email you about your account, and — only if you opted in — style tips and offers (you can opt out anytime).

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information or photos.
• We do not use your photos to advertise to others.
• We do notkeep photos you didn't save — uploaded photos are processed to create your result; only looks you choose to save are stored in your library.

4. Where your data lives

Your account data and saved looks are stored with our secure cloud database and storage provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. Try-on images are generated by our AI image-processing partner. We use reputable providers with their own strong security practices, and we share only what each one needs to do its job.

5. Your choices

• You can delete saved looks from your library at any time.
• You can request deletion of your entire account and its data by contacting us through the Help page — we will delete it within 30 days.
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

6. Age requirement

Fitsee is for adults — you must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact us via the Help page and we will delete it.

7. Security

Passwords are securely hashed (we cannot see them), connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and credit balances are protected on our servers. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use Fitsee means you accept the updated policy.
