FITSEE — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Fitsee (operated by American Global Nexus LLC, "Fitsee," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both the Fitsee website at fitsee.ai and the Fitsee mobile app for iOS and Android.

YOUR PHOTOS, YOUR CONTROL — THE SHORT VERSION

• We never sell your personal information or your photos.
• We never use your photos to advertise to other people.
• We do not keep photos you don't save — uploaded photos are used only to make your try-on, then discarded; only looks you choose to save are stored, privately, in your library.
• Your photos are processed by a third-party AI image provider only to create your result.
• You can delete your saved looks, or your whole account, anytime.
• You must be 18 or older to use Fitsee.

The rest of this policy explains the details.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account info: your name, email address, age, gender, and (optionally) phone number, which you provide when you sign up. We also store how you heard about us if you tell us, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
• Photos: the photo of yourself you upload, the clothing or item photos you upload, and the AI try-on images that are generated. Try-on images are stored only if you choose to save them to your library.
• Purchase info: your plan and your credit balance, and a record of purchases. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe (web) or by Apple/Google (in-app purchases) — Fitsee never sees or stores your card number.
• Feedback: anything you send us through the Suggestions or Help features.
• Device and technical info (mobile and web): basic technical data such as app version, device type, and general log information used to keep the Service working and secure. If you enable push notifications, we collect a push token (see Section 8).

2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS (MOBILE)

The Fitsee app asks for certain device permissions only when you need them, and only with your consent:

• Camera: With your permission, Fitsee uses your camera so you can take a photo to try items on. We access the camera only while you are actively taking a photo. We do not record video and we do not access your camera in the background.
• Photo library: With your permission, Fitsee lets you pick existing photos from your library to upload. We only access the specific photo(s) you select — never your whole library or your other albums.
• Saving results to your device: If you choose to save a finished look to your phone, Fitsee asks for permission to add that one image to your photos.

All of these permissions are optional. The app asks at the moment you use the feature, and you can change or revoke them anytime in your iOS or Android Settings. Declining a permission only disables that specific feature — you can still use the rest of the app.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To create your account and let you log in securely.
• To generate your try-ons: your photo and the item photo are sent to our third-party AI image-processing provider solely to create your result, which is then shown to you.
• To process payments: purchase details go to Stripe (web) or to Apple/Google (in-app) to complete your purchase.
• To save the looks you choose to keep in your private library.
• To track your credit balance and your purchases.
• To respond to your Suggestions and Help messages.
• To email you about your account (for example, password resets and important notices), and — only if you opted in — occasional style tips and offers. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
• To keep Fitsee safe: to detect prohibited content, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

We use your information for app functionality and the purposes above. We do not sell it.

4. HOW YOUR PHOTOS ARE PROCESSED BY AI

This is the part people most want to understand, so here's the full path:

1. You upload a photo of yourself and a photo of an item. 2. To create your try-on, those images are sent securely to our third-party AI image-processing provider — an external AI image model that specializes in virtual try-on. 3. The AI provider generates the result image and returns it to Fitsee. 4. We show you the result. The result is stored only if you tap to save it to your library. 5. The photos you uploaded to make that result are not kept by Fitsee once your result is created.

We share with the AI provider only the images needed to make your result. We instruct our provider to process your photos solely to generate your try-on, and we do not authorize them to use your photos to advertise to you or to others. We are working to confirm and document our AI provider's image-retention and model-training practices; we will state here clearly whether your photos are used to train the provider's models once that is confirmed. Until then, please treat any uploaded photo as something that briefly leaves our servers to be processed by a trusted third-party AI to make your result.

5. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

• We do not sell your personal information or your photos.
• We do not use your photos to advertise to others.
• We do not keep photos you didn't save — uploaded inputs are processed to create your result and are not stored by Fitsee; only looks you save are stored in your library.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

6. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH (OUR PROVIDERS)

We don't sell your data. We do rely on a small set of trusted service providers ("subprocessors") to run Fitsee, and we share with each only what it needs:

• Supabase — secure cloud database, authentication, and storage. Stores your account info and your saved looks.
• Stripe — payment processing for web purchases. Handles your card details; we never see your card number.
• Our AI image provider — processes your uploaded photos to generate try-on images (see Section 4).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — process in-app purchases and subscriptions on mobile, where required.
• Email provider — sends account and (if you opted in) marketing emails.
• Hosting/CDN provider — serves the website and app traffic.

These providers have their own security practices and are bound to protect the data we share. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect people's safety.

7. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES, AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Fitsee is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use Fitsee from outside the U.S., you understand that your data will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

How long we keep things: - Account info and saved looks: kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account (some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it or to prevent fraud). - Uploaded input photos: not stored after your result is generated. - Purchase records: kept as needed for accounting, tax, and legal reasons.

8. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (MOBILE)

If you turn on notifications, we collect a device push token so we can send you account or transactional messages and — only if you opted in — occasional offers. You can turn notifications off anytime in your iOS or Android Settings.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

• Delete saved looks: remove any look from your library anytime.
• Delete your account and data: do it yourself in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or email privacy@fitsee.ai. We complete deletion within 30 days.
• Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime, or turn off marketing notifications in your device settings.
• Manage device permissions: change camera, photo, or notification permissions anytime in iOS/Android Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights: - If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy of your data (portability), or object to certain processing. Email privacy@fitsee.ai to make a request. - If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for using your rights. Note: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

We'll respond to verified requests as required by law.

10. AGE REQUIREMENT

Fitsee is for adults — you must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and uploading photos of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited (see our Terms). If you believe someone under 18 has created an account or appears in an uploaded photo, contact us via the Help page or privacy@fitsee.ai and we will take action, including deleting the account.

11. SECURITY

We work hard to protect your information: passwords are securely hashed (we cannot read them), connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and your data and credit balances are protected on our providers' secure systems. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to fix problems quickly if they arise.

12. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Fitsee website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to run the site. If we use any analytics or crash-reporting tools on the website or app, they collect limited technical data (such as app version, device type, and general usage or error information) to help us fix bugs and improve Fitsee — not to identify you personally or to advertise. We'll keep this section current as our tools change.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Fitsee after changes means you accept the updated policy.
